Dear Sir/Madam, I would be very grateful if you could consider my candidacy for the position of a Master / Chief Officer. I wish to continue working at sea and find a permanent job where I will be able to contribute my skills, knowledge, and experience to a company that will enable me to develop my career. In 2000, I successfully graduated from Klaipeda University and received a "Navigation officer and sea transport technology bachelor" and "Engineer of maritime transport" Qualification . Currently I work on the 4-point mooring DSV vessel for “Wind Express Shipping GmbH & CO. KG” in Germany. I have received a lot of experience in working with offshore fields and windmills in Baltic and North Seas. During my carrier, I have went through a lot of ship inspections and surveys, such as Flag State control, Port State control, Internal and External audits, the 5-year dry dock survey, safety construction survey, as well as inspections performed by companies such as Total, Chevron, BP, ExxonMobil, Shell. I have solid knowledge of various computer programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Viking Positioning System, Order Ship, WRH5.0, ChartCO, etc. Work at sea made me take the safety of people I work with very seriously, I always search for compromises, I trust and respect others and have a lot of experience in communicating with people of various nationalities. As far as possible, I always listen to opinions of specialists, crew and other staff in order to find the best way to solve all problems together and in a right way. I like to learn and gain new knowledge and skills. I have an analytical mind-set and an ability to quickly and correctly solve critical situations. During my work, there were no serious incidents. I take seriously and with great responsibility all tasks assigned to me by the Master and Superintendents. I strictly follow the correct and timely maintenance of ship documentation in accordance with the instructions of the company. I always stand by my words and take responsibility for my decisions and demand the same from others. I am against conflicts between crewmembers. I am a responsible, determined, sociable, flexible and capable specialist, without any bad habits. I always follow the rules and together with the team work to achieve the aims of the company. I will do my best to justify the trust of the company and will be glad to consider any offered positions corresponding to my experience and education.
